Grade 9 Food Truck Challenge

Each group in Chef Mercer's grade 9 culinary class is going to be the creator and (hypothetical) owner of their own food truck. They have been working hard on this and are excited to share it with students, staff, family, and the community.

The challenge itself is held on March 8 from 1130-1230 in the Foods class at Hilltop High School. Tickets are available for sale this week. Either in person at lunchtime: Feb 28, Mar 1, Mar 2 from 1148-12:22, or through email & email transfer. You must pre-buy your tickets and pre-pick your food truck items prior to the challenge event!!!
