Food Truck Challenge

The Food Truck Challenge was a huge hit. Chef Mercer’s Gr 9 students became hypothetical food truck owners. These entrepreneurs in the making had to design their food truck theme, market their product, sell tickets, cook and serve. Customers then were able to vote on their favorite food truck. Congratulations to the winning food truck “We’re All Mad Here” and to all participants on a successful event with phenomenal food. Second place went to “S Cubed”, a tie for third, “Old Maries Tarts and Berries” & “Sassy Sauces”, fourth place goes Snazzy McDazzy Blueberries. Thank you to Chef Mercer for all your hard work, you have taught them well.
